[SOLVED] win 7 does not work correctly

thanks for all the answers. I have found still a backup on my external hard drive. With this assurance I could restore WIN. 7 After that I was able to upgrade to WIN 10 Now everything runs again.

after a a compele recovery from a extern harddisc my win 7 does not work perfect. it starts without problems, but some features do not work. Winlive does not allow create a new email and email answering does not work , too. the hard disc functions do not work. b.e. partionating is...
