Problem with a refreshed Lenovo IdeaPad and running Windows Update

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Z580. It is about 4 years old. My sons no longer need it so I used the Reset button and refreshed it to its purchase date. This wiped everything off the computer. When I tried to run Windows Update, however, I keep receiving the following error message - Windows...
