That worked just fine, I was trying to use a later service stack update. How do you figure these things out? Thank you, I really appreciate your help!

Hi SoftwareManiac I installed the suggested update but unfortunately it fails again when I try to install KB4516065. Thanks Kris

Actually see attached for the latest COMPONENTS zip file as the previous one was from the VM I reset back to a snapshot
