[SOLVED] Windows Server 2019 - Failed to install KB5032196 (0x800706be) & SFC Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation

[SOLVED] Windows Server 2019 - Failed to install KB5032196 (0x800706be) & SFC Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation

Server has been rebooted, fix repeated along with SFC /scannow. That is still showing a windows resource protection issue, but the latest 2023-12 CU KB5033371 has installed successfully first time.

Hello, Have been working on troubleshooting November cumulative update (KB5032196) not installing, and showing a 0x800706be error. However, after reviewing the winver this is at the updated level (17763.5122). Also when looking at some of the individual files they also show 5122 update. Despite...
