[SOLVED] The windows update issue with KB3000850

I am seeing that a lot of people here are having this issue, but yet somehow everyone's is still different. I am new to forums and this problem. What must I do to fix the problem where the 700 some odd meg Windows update won't ever load. Please bear with me, but I do follow instructions...
