windows 8.1 CBS & SFC total detected corruption count: 1

while runningsfcfix.exe it gives me this error CBS & SFC total detected corruption count: 1 how can i know what error is and how to fix it thanks. also i have try running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and it gives me a error in addition i try running the windows 8.1 cd startup...
