windows 8.1 CBS & SFC total detected corruption count: 1

while runningsfcfix.exe it gives me this error
CBS & SFC total detected corruption count: 1
how can i know what error is and how to fix it thanks.
also i have try running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and it gives me a error
in addition i try running the windows 8.1 cd startup repair and it could not repair it.

Hello boqert, welcome to Sysnative!

I'm not seeing any errors in your logs. Can you post your SFCFix log please? It should be on your Desktop named SFCFix.txt but if you can't find it then just run SFCFix again and it'll open the log.
