SFCFix.exe could not fix corruptions automatically

Hi, I have some windows files that have become corrupt but sfc /scannow and SFCFix.exe cannot fix them automatically. Please help me if you can. It is a friends computer so i dont know much about it, but it had a bad stick of ram and that may be what caused the files to become corrupt in the...
