[SOLVED] Occasional BSODs and hangs turned into BSOD after logging into any acct except in Safe Mode

Greetings, I had a recent fight with a virus and several malware packages and PUPs and I think I have some residual damage which I seem to have made worse by not thinking clearly, LOL. I thought I had everything under control but then started getting some occasional BSODs while ripping CDs...
