Hi tom I have followed the instructions from your previous post. I tryed yesterday but seemed to hang on the SURT installation. It seemed to work ok when i tyed again tonight. Here is the checkSUR log Best regards Richard

Hi Thanks for getting back to me Tom. As per usual i made a mistake and instead of dropping your txt file on top of the sfcfix.exe as you instructed i ran the programme in error. It seems to have fixed the issue with updates but im a little worried i have done something which could harm my...

Windows update error code 800F0900

Hi I have been getting this error 800F0900 for a few weeks now. I have windows 7 sp1. I've looked into it and tryed various things from the microsoft website. I've also tryed restoring computer to a previous date but the problem still persists. It is preventing me from checking for updates...
