Hi, I reinstalled windows 7 (on Lattitude E4300 laptop) just last week, because programs (word, explorer) kept coming up 'not responding' also google chrome browser coming up unable to load and generally taking ages. I had run sfc/scannow numerous times and it kept coming up 'windows resource...
