Post #3 - Still hoping for some help. Am I missing something? Haven't yet received any help - computer still down. I even donated to the site (a long time ago), but still no joy. Am I missing something?

I've collected some files and followed the BSOD directions, but have been unable to run perfmon /report - even as an administrator - I receive the following message: "An error occured while attempting to generate the report", "The operator or administrator has refused the request" Regardless...
