[SOLVED] Error 80073701 Windows 7 32bit update SP1

Hi, thanks for help me. I uninstalled successfuly the update KB974431 as you said, then I run System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 and I was finally able to install SP1. How could I know the update that failed? I am very grateful Thanks

No, I do not want to upgrade to Windows 10. I really need to update Internet Explorer. Thanks

[SOLVED] Error 80073701 Windows 7 32bit update SP1

Hello, I'm trying to update windows 7 ultimate 32bit to sp1 but get the error 80073701. I have run SURT and I could not update. CheckSUR log: Dropbox - CheckSUR.log CBS log: Dropbox - CBS.zip SFCFix log: Dropbox - SFCFix.txt Can you help me? I'm desperate. :banghead: Thanks, Ali.
