Another instance of "The configuration registry database is corrupt"

Is this salvageable? should I better look into a new install? taking into consideration the current circumstances, I'd want that as last resort, as if anything goes wrong will not have a means to get help right away Stay safe!

Another instance of "The configuration registry database is corrupt"

Hey guys, So a couple of days ago all my Bluetooth peripherals stopped working (mouse and keyboard) as well as my external monitor. I believe it was caused by a windows update, but can't be sure. After some troubleshooting I noticed the bluetooth component was gone and two unrecognized devices...
