bsod oem win 7 if you can help please do

just for your info might be relevant I installed an update prior to this happening for Adobe reader XI (11.0.12) tried to uninstall it but cant run the intaller in safe mode not sure if it is the cause of my problems

Hi BlueRobot thanks for your help I have done as suggested and removed AVG from my system and rebooted as normal it lasted for about 5 mins before I got BSOD again currently running in safe mode only
