Hello Sysnative, since the 12th February i have this problem, and now the new Update KB4486565 fails too with the same Error. Used sfc /scannow, SURT and your tool SFC, they all couldnt find an error, so i think, i need a human with a larger wealth of experience. CBS.zip can be found there...
