I've been having a latency / freeze - unfreeze problem with my AMD Ryzen 1800X gaming rig since around August. I haven't changed any hardware. The fault is intermittent - it could happen twice in the same day or not happen at all for a week, or several days. Nothing specific seems to trigger...
