    Re: My pc died... Advices?

It all really depends on what you really "need", what you "want" (which may or may not exceed your needs), and how much you want to spend. Does anyone "need" a SSD? Probably not. But I sure will never go HD again. There are many integrated graphics options that meet the "needs" of most users. What's nice is they allow users to upgrade the graphics by adding a more powerful card later - if they "want".

The balance between needs and wants can be a challenge - more so when budgets matter. It then depends on what you can rationalize and justified in your own head (or with the better half! ). Does anyone really "need" a gaming machine?

Like everyone: drunk wife and full bottle (someone could say it's better drunk ladies and full bottles).

If PC is dead, trouble shooting is the first solution that I thought about. However, to troubleshoot it perfectly and be sure of the issues, I’ll suggest that you to send it to a repair shop. I think, they know better.

Yes, probably they could have repaired it with a new board, and it would have costed me the double, i.e. €120-150 (a new mothernoard, same model, about €63), for a machine that costed maybe €250.

    Finally, I bought a10-7800 + ASROCK FM2A88M Pro3+ + SuperFlower 450W 80+ Platinum SF-450P14PE + Sharkoon VG4-S, about €226 (or $267 or 203).
