83-85°C CPU temps seen by your monitoring programs? That is most likely your problem!
You need to rein those temps in. I get really nervous when my CPU temps rise above 60°C and stay there longer than a few seconds. I note your CPU fan was spinning at 800RPM at that time. That seems slow - especially with a hot CPU. It should be running full speed at those temps. My i7 is currently running at 38°C but the OEM CPU fan is still spinning at 1400RPM.
I also don't see any fan speeds for any other fans. That can just mean they are not monitored, but you should still have at least one, if not two or more case fans spinning, and creating a decent front-to-flow through the case.
Is the system interior clean of heat trapping dust? Are you using a 3rd party cooler? If so, did you properly apply a good layer of TIM (thermal interface material)?
If overclocking, stop now - until this is resolved.
