Try to lower again the ram speed to DDR4-2400 (PC4-19200).
It seems
iomega zip drives could cause BSODs.
Samsung SSDs aren't present in MB QVL (SATA SSD Support List).
I can't find details about HDDs (firmware).
MB specs says
only W10 is supported (although they included drivers for previous OSs).
One of their engineers in their forum wrote "new CPUs support only Win10".
Details about your graphics card? I found only Radeon R9 380 3GB pciex 3.0, I didn't find manufacturer and model.
Are you using a DVI-D to DSUB adapter (for the acer monitor)?
Did you disable defender antivirus?
Are you using any other antivirus?
