Hello, I don't really know what happened but since a week ago, my laptop have some problems. I don't use my laptop usually then I didn't do my updates frequently. last week, I tried to do a windows update but it didn't succeed and put me error. I thought it wasn't a big deal but right after, I couldn't enter in the settings anymore. when I was looking for a solution online, the wifi disappeared on the laptop. and it started sending me a notification saying that my windows firewall are turned off and I should turned it on back neverthless, when I try to turn it on it's show me a error 0x800706d9. I don't have access to the network on the laptop anymore. I've been trying all this week to solve it trying some solutions given on YouTube but nothing worked. Yesterday, I tried to restore it but it didn't work and now each time that I turn on my laptop it put me << hard disk error >>. I've also tried to enter in windows security but it doesn't open. I no longer know what to do. when I try to do something, the problem gets worse. I would be really happy if someone could help me.
