[SOLVED] Windows 10 slows to a crawl when I'm trying to download. The problem gets exponentially worse the longer the system is running.

Before going further, go to Malware Removal Posting Instructions and then submit the data as instructed. Regardless of any AV tests you've run, let's see if you're really "clean".
