We need to transfer all the data of the pervious user account profile to the new user account profile
Open Command Prompt as Administrator by

X
Click on
Command Prompt (Admin) It might be different because of the French language pack.
If a User Account Control warning comes warning you that Command Prompt wants to make changes to your PC, or in French,
Voulez-vous autoriser le programme suivant a apporter des modifications a cet ordinateur, click Yes, or in French,

Now, copy and paste this:

net user administrator /active:yes
(Tell me if running this command gives an error so we can work on an alternative way to do this)
Now, restart your computer
You should see the hidden Administrator account. Here, create a new account (if it is a Microsoft account, then there will be one more thing to do)
Now for these instructions below, I don't have the French instructions with me so you will have to figure these things to French on your own
Open File Explorer (previously known as Windows Explorer)
Go to View tab, and click on Options
Click the
View tab, and then checkmark
Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Clear the
Hide protected operating system files check box, click Yes/
Qui to confirm, and then click OK.
Locate the C:\Users\Old_Username folder,where Old_Username is the name of the profile you want to copy files from.
Select all of the files and folders in this folder, except the following files:
- Ntuser.dat
- Ntuser.dat.log
- Ntuser.ini
Copy these files
Locate the C:\Users\New_Username folder, where New_Username is the name of the new user name you created.
Paste these files
Log off, and then log back on as the new user.
If everything is working properly now, and all the files are still there, delete the old user profile
