[SOLVED] When I double click any folder, File Explorer doesn't popup instead it shows up in the taskbar

recently I installed Minecraft and I wanted to enable speakers so I alt+tabed enabled speaker.
But later when I want to open up any folder File Explorer is not popping up.
It shows in the taskbar & when I alt tab it does show it.
Take note that I do not have a second monitor.

I tried dism & sfc scan but it didn't work.
 
Just went to Windows settings-Display & made sure that i have not selected extend display
Attaching the settings i applied which solved the issue
