Hi there

I have been attempting an upgrade to win 10 from win 7 pro but I have an idea the update issue I am experiencing is causing the error. The install halts with an error relating to "Failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation".

The sfc scan finds errors but is unable to correct them. The surt tool finds errors as does your sfcfix tool.

I require some help to resolve the corrupted dll files. The windows update does not install the KB273422 update which is a ms.net 3.5 update. I ran the sur tool in an attempt to correct the update issue but to no avail.

I have attached the cbs log file zip, the components scanner.txt and the sur log file zip.

Hi there

KB273422 installed correctly after the sfcfix zip process. KB4539601 fails still. I have run the sfc /scannow again and the sfcfix.exe on its own plus the component scanner routine again and attached the results for your information.

Attach the result log file of step 1 (SFCFix.txt) to your next reply.

That is not the log file of step 1 in message #7. Please redo that step and provide the log file.

Try the upgrade again and report the result.
