I apologise for not mentioning it earlier, but I ran sfc /scannow after delving into the C: Drive; the result - nothing!
Furthermore there is no CBS Folder to see on the C: Drive.
Personally, I don't think that running SURT will be of any benefit, because this unit is only 9 months old, and it has a Windows® rating of 5.8, and had Windows 7 Ultimate originally installed by LG. (It is an all-in-one machine, that has a large monitor screen with a DVD player and motherboard integrated in the one unit).
Microsoft in Sydney don't seem to know why this issue is occurring.
Any further suggestions? :noidea:
