This is not good. It now means your ISP can regulate the bandwidth between you and specific sites. This means wealthy businesses can pay for faster access, leaving startups and less wealthy businesses with slow access. This could me customers will tire of waiting and repeatedly push out the startup even though the startup may have better products at better prices.

But worse than that, the Republican lead FCC voted to gut its own authority to protect consumers from abuse by providers and those they take competition killing bribes... err... payments from.
