Could you provide a Process Monitor trace as requested? It will be far easier to find out what is missing.

Yes I can, by the way I started process monitor 30 minutes ago and it still didn't get an error or stop, is that normal or does it just take that long?

Please read the instructions carefully, you will need to stop Process Monitor as soon as the error message you've been experiencing appears again and then save the log file.

Have you tried to enable Microsoft Defender Antivirus Service while running the Process Monitor? I guess no, since the error occurs while you are trying to enable this specific service.

Alright, so this is what I did: I launched process monitor and then I started the service, I got the error then I captured and saved it. how do I send it? since it's pml type file

From the link you were given before:

4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
5. Zip up and provide the link to the LogFile.PML file. Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or WeTransfer.

Yes, that's the file. 👍

Now, you will wait for x BlueRobot, to give you the next instructions.

It looks like C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\platform\4.18.2006.10-0\MsMpEng.exe is missing. Let's see if it available in the WinSxS or anywhere else.

FRST File Search
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
3. Copy and paste MsMpEng.exe into the Search box and click the Search Files button.
4. When the scan is complete a notepad window will open with the results. Please attach this to your next reply. It is saved on your desktop named Search.txt.

FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Download the attached fixlist.txt and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
2. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
3. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
4. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

It looks like your HDD/SSD is dying, I would suggest running the diagnostics it has mentioned and see what the result is. Have you created backups of the system prior to this error?

So, did the diagnostics test not run at all or did it just return the same error as before? Since you don't know how to create a backup, then I will assume that no backups are available, therefore I would strongly suggest creating a Linux Live USB and then boot from that to recover any important files which you do not wish to lose. There is plenty of tutorials online which demonstrate how to do this.

My bad, I sent the wrong photo. Here are the results. Also, how can I create a linux live usb if I have the error screen whenever I launch my PC? I dont really want to do anything on my own and maybe do a mistake which causes me to lose data so I will just wait for a reply.
