Perhaps it is crashing because it is in the wrong location. I'm not sure what you'd do to move the folder to the correct location

SFC /SCANNOW does not solve the problem. Shows that the System is Integral. I am looking for a utility for Windows 7 that will repair the folder with fonts so that it can be opened in the Control Panel C:\LocalDumps 100 gb fILE Dump File. Non-Stop crash Explorer.exe fms.dll
