Hello,

Recently I have been getting many BSoD while playing games on Steam. The most common one is Exception_Not_Handled but I have received ones such as WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR or CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. Im really not sure what to do at this point. Any help is appreciated.

OS- Windows 8.1
Original Os- Windows 7
OS Version- Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate
Age of OS Installation- 5 Months

CPU- AMD Phenom II x4 965
GPU- Radeon r9 270
Motherboard- Asus M5A97 R2.0
PSU- Corsair RM 750W
Manufacturer- Custom Built
Laptop or Desktop- Desktop

Thanks
-Jon

Hey, Thanks for the quick reply! I'll probably end up buying a better CPU. In the mean time is there anything that I can do to reduce the frequency at which it crashes?

It could be temperature related but I doubt it. Ty monitoring your temperature with Speccy.
You could try lowering the speed of the CPU, it may or may not help.
Other than that, there isn't much else.
