Windows 8 · Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Full retail version · Age of system (hardware) 2 days · Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 2 days. I formatted the drive and installed windows 7 pro · CPU Intel® Core™ i5-3210M · Video Card AMD Radeon™ HD 7670M · · System Manufacturer · Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) Satellite L850-1HL Satellite L850-1HL - Toshiba Please find attached all the files needed. V Vir Gnarus BSOD Kernel Dump Expert Joined Mar 2, 2012 Posts 474 May 3, 2013 #3 Well the one Verifier-enabled crashdump was alerting that the system was trying to enter hibernate but the hibernate file was too small compared to the amount of memory used. You can either disable hibernate on your system or grow the file then try Driver Verifier again. You can do so by the instructions given here. However, what this does mean though is that something is probably leaking memory on your system, since memory shouldn't really be tapping out up to 75% unless you're running something relatively memory intensive at the time.

There is really no excuse for why your system is BSODing immediately at purchase, as almost always that just means the system is defective and should be sent for replacement.
