[SOLVED] 2022 Windows Cummalative Updates failing for 3 months at least

Hi, Im having issues with windows cummalative updates, have tried manually also but still now luck. I would really appreciate some help please.

I managed to resolve this by doing an in place install and keeping apps and settings.

Thank you in advance for anyone who did take a look before I fixed it.
