PC playing up - repeated dism/sfc tools deployment to correct errors after exceptions

I wonder whether someone might enlighten me regarding my win 10 periodic slowdown and having to utilise dism and sfc to correct errors. The errors do get repaired each time. It probably happens one a week where the pc becomes erratic and slow with exception errors which then require the repair...

Hi there KB273422 installed correctly after the sfcfix zip process. KB4539601 fails still. I have run the sfc /scannow again and the sfcfix.exe on its own plus the component scanner routine again and attached the results for your information.
