you can see information about my pc.
2 days ago on may 6, I found a 3.0 ghz so i put instead of 2.8 ghz.
At first, it couldnot load windows 7. After seeing windows screen, it was restarting with bsod. So, i changed rams (i have 2x1 gb kingston , 2x1 other brands and 1 adata 512 mb and 4 slots in motherboard) in slots. Firstly, i tried all dual combinations with 2 rams in dual condition but it always restarted (i put always same slots in motherboard).
Then i tried some combinations with 3 rams. This time, i could see desktop but after some times, it was restarting.
BEfore upgrading CPU, with 2.8 ghz and with 2 x 1 gb kingston rams, there were no restarts. Rarely bsods. But now it restarts always.
I am adding my dump files as .zip t. I tried to install after may 6. Before may 6, i was trying to figure out which rams are good so i was trying combinations.
Also i saw "new driver installed for 3.0 ghz" in system tray. I dont know if this restarts are about CPU or are about new software.
For example now i am on same pc but in xp home edition, with 2 rams but no restarts. Or with 2 rams while it was restarting, i could go into xp again. Maybe xp doesnot force so much rams as windows 7 does, i dont know
I cant see so much difference between 3.0 and 2.8 so i can go back to 2.8. BUt i want to know if rams are motherboard have errrors.
mine is 100-g rev 4.0 but while booting, bios shows f5. I updated to last bios last year from floppy. But why does my speccy show f2?
also xp shows f2

and this is strange. i wanted to test my cpu with stress following this
CPU - Stress Test Using IntelBurnTest - Windows 7 Help Forums
but when i run hwinfo after installing, it restarted as soon as i click run. i treid 2times and restarted. I couldnot edit previous post to add this, because of that restart.
So maybe cpu is faulty?
