Hi guys,
I get my laptop 2 months ago as a gift. im using it just mainly for nba2k14. few days ago while using my itunes, suddenly a pop up screen appears with instructions to save all my work and close everything and its a must. i did follow the instructions without knowing those restart will update my laptop to windows 8.1, i decided to wait for those installations to finish. as it finish, the start screen appears and i click on desktop. everything was there. then i shut down my laptop because i need to run errands. after 30 minutes, i reach my house and i turn on my laptop as usual and type my password, accepted then i cant see my start screen and my desktop. everything is black. i tried to on off few times but its still the same. the screen after i put my password went black. i cant see anything, but my cursor. yes! i can see my cursor but not my start screen or my desktop. i tried every shortcuts that i know. the only thing that work out is task manager. everything i wanna do i must go thru task manager. the only way i want to use my laptop for now is run new task in task manager. i can go online, play games, do pretty much everything but, i cant see my start screen, my desktop. and one more thing, when i open control panel then i click system, i cant see anything besides my computer name.
I hope you guys can help me and sorry for bad english.
