Corrupt CBS.log

Hi there,

I was reading in a past solved post that someone was having similar problems and a forum member was able to help them out, so I thought why not try it myself.

Ive been having an issue with my 'Personalize' button, when I right click it, I get an error message from Explorer.EXE saying "Unspecified error". I read that I should run a sfc.exe /scannow command in Command Prompt and it should fix it however, It says that I have a corrupt file. That file is the CBS.log which I have attached.

Could someone please let me know where I can go from here or even fix it with a patch for me.
