Over the last couple of days I haven't been able to get Windows Update to work. Apparently I have 11 important updates. I go through the download and installation process and right at the end it tells me they've all failed. Tried it several times. I have also tried some Microsoft troubleshooters that say they have repaired some things but it makes no difference. I still get these error messages each time: 800736b3 80073701 After reading some other similar posts, I have attached the CBS log files. If someone could help that would be great. Many thanks View attachment 4999View attachment 5000View attachment 5001View attachment 5002

Can you please instead upload it in one piece to Microsoft Skydrive or a similar third party file host? https://skydrive.live.com/ Make sure that the file is publicly accessible, then send me a link to it. Thank you! Richard
