Hello, and welcome to Sysnative :)
You are right to be wary of copying the config folder from one computer to another. That....would be an extremely bad idea, and would definitely have been clean install time had you not made a backup first (which I know you would have, but even so). Yeah...don't even think about doing that
The config folder contains the vast majority of your registry. Everything from different user accounts, different device drivers/hardware, different settings, different update states, different installed programs, would all get utterly destroyed. That installation would have to be written off, and the server either reimaged or reinstalled. Yeah...please don't do that
In fact, I am not seeing very much wrong in your logs at all. You had a small amount of minor corruption which was fixed by the System Update Readiness Tool, but not much more than that.
What error code are you getting for error code KB2813170? Also, please go into Event Viewer (and, I think) Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > Server Manager > Operational. There should be some errors. Can you read out the error code please?
Basically, the logs aren't showing much wrong now, so I need the error code to know where to look for more information.
Thank you!
Richard
