I tried a registry cleaner and some other processes I found to no avail. But in case they made significant changes I reran everything. Sfc and Dism commands had the same output (no errors), and same with SFCFix.exe:

I got an updated copy of the CBS folder, and I
posted it here. The original one was 14 MB, and this one is just 237 KB, so a big difference.
Here's the updated DRIVERS file. It was the same size though.
And I also saw the COMPONENTS file had been requested in some situations, so
here's my COMPONENTS file.
