SURT is still trying to "install" - same image as posted above. It never took this long to just install and get started (green bar progress).
Something is wrong. I'll leave it like this until you let me know.
(I'm beginning to think something is busted in my windows 7 update system as per your review of the CBS log. Perhaps I may need to just bite the bullet and upgrade to windows 10 which I would hate to do.
Windows definition files continue to update - it's just this rollup update which is failing. Perhaps I can just live with it this way until some future update comes out from msft and if that fails then move to a new OS. My computer works just fine otherwise. Boots quick, gets me to my work as before - just this update process is corrupted)
