Windows 10 pro - Cumulative update problems

Hi,

I am having issues with what seems to be only the cumulative updates, which during install will crash the PC and not complete, - I have left it overnight multiple times to test, and it never works. My only recourse is to force shut down and reboot and then disable windows update service as this is an office PC that must be used daily.

Between windows troubleshooter and the instructions posted here, it seems there is definately some serious corruptions.

I followed the instructions as written in the sticky on this forum so I am posting the zipped CBS file. Thank you in advance for any help / advice you can give.

Hello and welcome! If you have not yet tested your RAM, please do so. If you have replaced it recently, also please let me know.
