Windows Update Keeps Failing KB4462919

I am running Windows 10 Professional on an i7 Dell. Repeated efforts at installing this update fail somewhere aove the 34% level of installation. Failure occurs both with Avast antivirus installed and when it was uninstalled. No other updates have caused problems. I am not sure which Sysnative or other error log files to attach to help you figure out what is going on.

This seems like a common problem. Please help.
