Successfully pushed through several rounds of updates, but no receiving 8000FFFF error with failure on all updates. sfc /scannow found no integrity violations. SFCFix found no corruptions. CBS log can be found here.

Leave this running while you perform the next steps. 2. Try installing one update just like you have in the past. 3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as it fails. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar as shown below. 4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine. 5. Zip up and attach the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log

Attempting to install that fails due to not meeting the system requirements, which is listed as an optional update KB2670838 Platform update for Windows Server 2008 R2 x64-Edition. KB2670838 is what I am attempting to get installed so that I can get Internet Explorer 11 installed.
