I saw that the blue screen is talking about unsigned drivers. Did a check found 34 unsigned drivers modified to the date of 2009. It seems that the it's from the SXS directories. I had to use advance boot to disable the driver signature enforcement to boot. The minidump also shows it has STOP 0x0000006B BSOD.
