S squirrel Member Joined Aug 6, 2018 Posts 18 Aug 9, 2018 #30 Okay I removed silverlight and updates still failed I then remove all Microsoft Visual Studio All update succeeded I suspect all these problems occurred because of my changes to the Registry Default Application paths Microsoft does say that it does not support doing that I should have headed the warning I will be a bit more careful in the future I think we can close this problem Thank you very much for solving these problems for me Regards Bob Andrews.
