Failing to enable .Net 3.5 because of "CBS Watchlist Package Missing" problems
I desperately need to enable .Net 3.5 on my 64 Bit Windows 7 Pro SP1 machine. The enable features wizard returns a bland error so I have tried to enable with DSIM enable features and I am getting the following errors:

I have therefore run SURT on the machine and I am getting 4 errors with the following summary

I tried fixing the errors with SFCFIX and it recommended I ask for help because the errors cannot be fixed by SFCFIX.
Please help me.
