Previously, other Important Security Monthly Quality Rollups have failed. KB4284826 is currently the only important update left to be installed on my system - the other failed ones have ceased being displayed. I have updated all drivers using Driver Booster; sfc /scannow does not find any integrity violations; CheckSUR.log shows "No errors detected". CBS.zip is here: ExpireBox | CBS.zip Any help is greatly appreciated. Tundra

T tundra0 Contributor Joined Jul 3, 2018 Posts 96 Jul 3, 2018 #10 I set up for a Clean Boot, except could not stop the Service for Norton AV. I tried the update anyway and it failed. The only approach I can think of is to completely uninstall Norton and then attempt the update. Should I do that?
