Hello! Askin for your help, please!

1. scf /scannow - no any violations
2. SURT/DISM Scan - it took about two hours to install Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64
3. SFCFix.txt

I would like to see the SUR log please C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

Note: If the file is too big please Zip it and upload the ZIP file to a service like Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive or upload to SendSpace and just provide the link for the file here.

There is no file CheckSUR.log at this folder.
So, I repited step 2 & 3 (SURT/DISM Scan & SFCFix.exe)

CheckSUR & new SFCFix attached.

Hi,

You have a big number of corrupted/missing files!

SFCFix Script

!!! WARNING !!! The following fix is only relevant for this system and no other, applying this fix on another computer will not work and most likely will cause problems...

Download SFCFix.exe (by Niemiro) and save it to the Desktop
Download the file Beegoist.zip and save this to your Desktop
On your Desktop, make sure you have the two files:

SFCFix.exe and

Beegoist.zip
Drag the file Beegoist.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it
The SFCFix tool will process the script
Upon completion, a log file SFCFix.txt should be created on your Desktop
Open the SFCFix.txt log and copy & paste the contents to your post

Hi,

Thanks for the log, lets run SUR to fix the files and see if more errors are reported...

System Update Readiness Tool (SUR)

Download the System Update Readiness Tool (x64) and save it to some place, its a big download and eventually we need to run it several times, please keep the file
Run the tool. Its like an Update but it can take a long time to do the work. You will get an Installation Complete screen when it's done running
Please attach to your post the log from the following location: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
Note: If the file is too big please Zip it and upload the ZIP file to a service like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or upload to SendSpace and just provide the link for the file here.

P.S.: If you already have a copy of the SUR tool, use it there is no need to download again.

Hi,

Select only the KB2592687 to install, after the installation failed locate the log c:\Windows\logs\cbs\CBS.log copy the file to the Desktop, Zip it and attach to your post.

After I send you CBS.log it became at least twice bigger in 1-2 minutes. Now it's almoust 400Mb O_O

Thanks for the update. I see some errors on the log that I want to address...

Install Update using Dism

Please download KB4015549 http://download.windowsupdate.com/c..._59cf25073f2e8615b01d9719a0a2e2a0a9a92937.msu save the file to c:\windows\temp
change the name of the update file to a smaller name windows6.1-KB4015549-x64.msu
(keep the extension .msu in the end of the file name in case its visible if not ignore that)
open the Command Prompt as Administrator (Tutorial)
type or Copy & Paste the following commands line by line:

cd /d c:\windows\temp
expand windows6.1-KB4015549-x64.msu -f:* C:\windows\temp
DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\windows\temp\windows6.1-KB4015549-x64.cab
You should receive the message:
The operation completed successfully.
Restart Windows to complete this operation.
Do you want to restart the computer now (Y/N)?
Make sure to allow the computer to restart if prompted.

If you receive any other message:
Right-click on the Command Prompt window and click Select All, this will invert all of the colours by selecting the text, now press enter. All of this text is now copied.
Paste (Ctrl+V) it into your next post please.
