The IE11 Cumulative Update that does show up in the Windows Update dialog is KB3185319. In any case, I downloaded and tried to manually install KB3175443. It failed with the popup message: "Some updates were not installed. The following updates were not installed. Security Update for Windows (KB3175443)" CBS logs at (Download CBS11.zip). Also, KB4284815 (the 2018-06 update), is now being displayed.
