[SOLVED] SFC scannow found problem can't fix

After installing new .NET 4.7.2 I found this problem.
SFC scannow nor your sfcfix fixed it.

I copied from windows 7 sp1 iso the hlink.dll x86 and 64 and now sfc scannow reports that it didnt find any integrity violations. Solved.Thank you.
